FILE CLERK

LNT & Partners is now in need of qualified candidates for the File Clerk position in Ho Chi
Minh City’s Office with the following criteria:
Qualification: University degree
Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in office administration functions
Responsibilities:
As a File Clerk in LNT & Partners, your duties responsibilities will include but not be limited to
the following:





Managing documents included as filing, retrieving, assisting clients with copies of their
records, general record and file keeping,
Typing and formatting documents, and ensuring documents are properly stored;
Preparing profiles and documentation for the Partners;
Managing time schedules of Partners; and
Performing other works that may be assigned to you depending on your workload and
working capacity
Skills and Abilities:




Previous experience as a clerk in law firm is preferable;
Computer skill;
Acceptable verbal and written skills in Vietnamese and English;
Ability to effectively work individually ;
