4. Exhibitors/Sponsors Check-In
All exhibitors and sponsors should register at the Check-In Counter on arrival in the Level 9 lobby to collect badges.
Badges can be collected from 15:00 – 18:00, 13 April 2015.
5. Booth Entitlements
Your standard 9 sqm shell scheme booth comes equipped with:
- White system panels (3m x 3m x 2.5mH)
- Fascia with exhibitor LOGO, company name and booth number
- Power (13 A/220V socket)
- Lighting (3 100W longarm spotlights)
- 9 sqm needle punched carpet
- Standard furniture package (3 chairs, 1 round table with glass top, 1 counter, 1 waste paper basket)
To place order for additional furniture, lightings or visual equipment, please refer to form 2.
If you are planning to build your own booth, please be advised that the height restriction is 2.5 meters. Please submit all
drawings to [email protected] by 2 March 2015 for approval.
6. Official Contractor Office
The official contractor for Localization World Shanghai 2015 is Shanghai Pico Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. They
will be available onsite to service your needs and assist in any technical requirements.

installation at a nominal price.
5. It is imperative that this service location plan be COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED by the indicated
deadline or at least 1 week prior to moving in. Failure to submit may result in the delay of the utility
provision. In the event the utility cannot be provided (due to onsite circumstances), no refund will be
entertained.
6. If the location plan of any service is not submitted, it may be placed at the discretion of the official
contractor, and any relocation will be at the Exhibitor’s expense.

Notes:
1. Booth Design Submission
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS (plan and perspective) of your booth design MUST be submitted to the Organizer for
IMMEDIATE approval if you joined the exhibition above the stipulated deadline. Please refer to the rules and regulations
in the manual for more information.
2. Performance Bond
ALL contractors, other than the Official Contractors must place a refundable Performance Bond of RMB5,000. The
payment should be made out to SHANGHAI*PICO*EXHIBITION*MANAGEMENT*CO.,*LT one week before the event

3. Contractor Badges’ Application and Collection
ALL contractors, other than the Official Contractors must have badges to access the venue during the build-up day and
the exhibition period.
4. The Regulations on the construction of Special Booth
•
The height limit of the booth is 2.5 meters.
•
All the construction must be on the carpet.
•
Capping structure and neon light are prohibited to be used in the exhibition center.
