Exhibitor Logistics
 Note that the Forum Opening Breakfast, AM & PM Breaks, and the Forum
Closing Reception are all served on the Exhibit Floor.
 The Standard Size Exhibitors Booth measures 8’ X 8’ and includes an 6’
Table with table drape & linen, 2 chairs, one (1) 10” X 50” Color Sign with
your Company Logo, and one (1) 120v 500watt power receptacle (upon
request).
 Booth locations are chosen/assigned on a first come first serve basis (see
below Floor Plan).
 Booth set-up is available the morning of June 17th from 5:30am – 8:15am.
 Booth take down is available the afternoon of June 17th from 5:00pm.

 Materials to be shipped and/or delivered directly to Pier Sixty must be
received between Monday, June 15th and Tuesday, June 16th between the
Hours of 8am and 5pm. Storage charges apply at a rate of $50.00 per day.
