The annual H.A.P.L. South Louisiana Social has been scheduled for May 7, 2015 at Zydeco Louisiana Joint, 1119 Pease at
San Jacinto (downtown Houston). As committee chairman, I respectfully request your financial support of the 2014 H.A.P.L
South Louisiana Social.
Corporate Sponsors will be prominently displayed on a large, professionally drafted Sponsor Board at the event, as well as
circulated within H.A.P.L. event email blasts. This annual event is always well attended and a great way to increase company
exposure.
Sponsorship proceeds will offset event expenses such as the boiled crawfish, additional food items, beverages, give-a-ways and
entertainment enjoyed during the event. This annual event relies heavily on the generous contributions of its industry leaders
