Dear Ladies,
I want to Thank everyone who represented Jobel Court at the Jaffa Shrine Circus.
We served the school children before the show, and helped at the Soda Machine. And if I
do say so myself, we did a real good job doing it! Also, a special thank you for the
ladies that helped along beside us from the Exercise Class. They worked just as hard, and
this gave us the opportunity to share with them what Jobel Court does. And of course
everyone should thank our Circus Chair Person-Jeanette Wanser PHP. She put in a lot of
hours and kept everything moving along.
I am sorry but our May meeting is going to be a repeat. We overlooked some
crucial details, and we are required to install some officers again. It should go smoother
this time around. Thank you for being patient with me at my first meeting last month.
On May 16th, I will be traveling to Orlando, Florida with Jeanette Wanser, PHP,
Patty Berkheimer, PHP, and Phyllis Collins, PHP, for the LOSNA Grand Council. We
will be returning May 23rd. Diana Wilkins, Princess will be available, and I can always be
reached by telephone if there is something that needs my attention during this time. This
is always an informative session and I am looking forward to meeting with my class and
enjoying the activities.

PRINCESS:
Spring is finally here. My sincere hope that with the new growth of Spring, we also have new
growth in Jobel Court. We all need to encourage our friends and loved ones to join us and be a
part of this great organization. There are also many Noble's Ladies that are not members. Why
not make a goal to talk to at least one Jaffa Lady and invite her to join us! I'm looking forward to
seeing our Court continue to grow.
Basket Bingo
It's time to start planning our basket bingo. The bingo is scheduled for Sunday, October 11, 2015.
Last year we made over $13,000 just at our Bingo...let's do even more this year!! I know we can!
Our first meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19 at 5:00PM at The Dream. We welcome anyone
to attend and bring their ideas on how we can make this year's bingo the best ever! I will also be
bringing sponsorship information so we can begin asking local businesses to support us.
Two additional events are coming up:
1. Marianna's Sale - Attached to this newsletter is an order form for Marianna's. Order forms are
also available on our website at http://losnajobelcourt.com/events/mariannas-fundraiser/ . Orders
and money are due to me by Monday, May 11. Hoagies can be picked up at the Altoona Masonic
Hall on Monday, May 18 from 3:30-4:00
2. Thirty-One Open House - We are holding a Thirty-One Open House on Saturday, May 30 from
1-4PM. We have already earned some of our products that we will need for the bingo. This open
house will help us earn the remaining products we need for our baskets. Remember, the less we
have to buy means more we can send to the hospitals. Please invite your friends and family to

ASSOCIATE PRINCESS:
Aloha Ladies! Well it looks like spring has finally sprung and our gardens are
starting to grow. This would be a great time of the year for Jobel to grow too! I had the
honor of helping with the interview committee and it was just great to meet and talk to a
prospective addition to our wonderful group.
I had the opportunity to assist our fellow ladies at the Shrine Circus. The Circus
is a really big effort to pull together for the Shrine and it is awesome that Jobel can help.
I wanted to thank Jeanette for organizing us and making sure every shift was covered. It
was great meeting some of our members that can’t always get to the monthly meetings.
It seems when the call for volunteers goes out, we respond, and I’m very thankful for
everyone that can carve time out of their busy schedules to meet our challenges.
