Since 1993, Comarch has been working with the biggest names in FMCG, Retail, Finance, and Telecoms.
We are keen to recruit a Human Resources/People Management student to join us during his or her year
out in industry as an integral part of their degree. We are particularly keen to hear from people looking to
build a career in Human Resources and in return we will offer some exciting experiences to help start their
career journey.
Your responsibilities
 In-depth experience in all things data management in Human Resources
 Creating job descriptions, reading resumes, phone and on-site interviewing
 Leverage all social media tools for effective recruitment of qualified candidates
 Participate in hiring strategy meetings for all new positions
 Proven skills at organizing, and a commitment to delivering high quality work
 Schedule on-site interviews with candidates and managers
 Assist in managing all employee files
 Assist in the development of employee training opportunities and Internship program
development

A passion for HR and headhunting
A flexible mind-set to undertake ad-hoc responsibilities
The capacity to manage yourself and prioritize your work load
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Ability to draft communications & make presentations
