MUSIC MONDAY
The music department will be celebrating Music Monday,
May 4th - a time where all of Canada performs a special
song called - "We Are One" - written by an Ontario student.
The performance will take place in the Lounge at lunch
time. Groups performing music will be our Concert Band,
Jazz Band, and Choir.
RICHMOND DISTRICT LOCKDOWN
PROCEDURES:
School District #38 has a high danger protocol to help keep
schools safe during any potentially dangerous incident.
Students will be included in the regularly scheduled
lockdown drills occurring at all Richmond schools. As with
fire drills and earthquake drills, it is important that students
are aware of the proper procedures to follow to ensure their
safety and well-being should such an event ever occur.
COMMUNITY RESOURCES FAIR – MAY 7
A Community Resources Fair is being held in our lounge
after school on May 7. The lounge will need to be cleared
immediately after school for the organization of this event.
Students will need to clear the building immediately on
Thursday.
JUNIOR BADMINTON
A big congratulations goes to the junior badminton team as
they captured the Richmond Championships this past week.
Mr. Kwan and Mr. Wang, a job well done and good luck in
the Lower Mainlands in the coming weeks.
