Standing at the Crossroads challenges the audience to take a
close look at our individual and collective decisions that impact the lives of
people with disabilities including lessons learned through the voices of the
experts and engaging people with disabilities in our work together.

Customized Employment will guide participants through the
process of customized employment, a leading practice for helping people
with disabilities find jobs including learning the strengths, needs, and
interests of the person and meeting the specific needs of the employer.

the community including learning about developing social capital,
discovering interests, and opening up the community.
