UNIFORM - WHITE T SHIRT IS COMPULSORY TO ALL THE PARTICIPANT
Rs. 50/- WILL BE GIVEN TO THE BOARD REFEREE. ALL ARE REQUESTED TO REFER
THE MATCHES AND CO-OPERATE THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Seeded Players giving walk over will have to give Explanation.
2) Equipments approved by the A. I. C. F. & M. C. A. will be used.
3) Matches will be played as per the laws of Carrom.
4) Laws of Carrom approved by A.I. C. F. will be strictly followed.
5) Draw and fixture will be made available on Association Website
www.maharashtracarromassociation.com
3 days before the commencement of the tournament.
6) Participants are requested to play their matches without referee when board referees are not
available.
7) Entries will not be accepted on Telephone & without entry fees.
8) Matches will be posted as & when the boards are available.
9) Matches will be played 9.00 am onwards daily.
10) Any Notice duly signed & put on the notice board will be treated as final.
11) Competitor should not leave the tournament venue without the permission of the chief referee after
reporting.
12) No adjustment of matches will be done in cases of clash of matches of players participating
in more than one individual event.
13) WHITE T SHIRT IS COMPULSORY TO ALL THE PARTICIPANT.
14) Accommodation will be provided to 8 Men & 8 Women players of each District other than
Mumbai, Mumbai Suburb, Palghar & Thane at 6.00pm onwards from 22nd May 2015.
15) Matches Will be played at Bengal Club & Maharashtra State Kabaddi association Hall, Veer
Savarkar Marg, Dadar, Mumbai 400 028 from 23rd May 2015 to 25th May 2015.
16) District Secretaries are requested to deposit entry fees in Bank of Maharashtra, Shivaji Park
Branch SB.Alc no. 20010548864 (Maharashtra Carrom Association) on or before 15th May
2015 without fail & inform M.C.A. Secretary.
