With the intensive trading between Hong Kong and China,
the delinquent debt receivables have become a goingconcern for the Hong Kong traders as well as the foreign
investors.
The speaker will highlight how to recover debt receivables in
China by using the Litigation, Non-Litigation as well as the
Arbitration approach. He will also introduce the key facts of
the respective Chinese Bankruptcy Law and the Civil
Procedure Law of China. He will analyze each options and
their respective advantages and limitations with each
approach.

About the speaker
Mr Norris Chan
Norris is the Assistant Vice
President – Business Development
of Receivable Management
Services (HK) Ltd.
He possesses over 20 years of
hands-on experiences in receivable
collection management industry.
Norris is one of the pioneer in
providing collection training and
consultancy services in Hong Kong
since he joined Receivable
Management Services Hong Kong
in the early 2000’s while he served
as the Head of Collection
Department for more than 10
years. As a veteran receivable
practitioner, Norris excels in the
area of collection measures and
tactics as well as collection incident
handling. He is a strong problem
solver with the adaptability and
solution driven mindset that
facilitates delivery to resolve
complex collection issues.
Mr Chan has recently been devoted
much of his efforts in conducting
research and providing collection
related consultancy projects to
enterprises in Mainland China. He
also lectures in the Executive
Diploma “ Asset Recovery Law,
Receivable and Fraud Control
Practice” jointly organized by Hong
Kong University, SPACE and RMS
Hong Kong Ltd. Mr Norris Chan is a
popular speaker and conducted
over 500 training and seminars on
receivable management topics for
many multinational companies,
trade associations, and government
organizations.
