Traineeships We are looking for recently or soon-to-be qualified MSc Occupational Psychologists to complete a 12-18 month traineeship across all key areas of the business. Placements will involve supporting a number of functions including client support, research and development, training, sales and marketing. Following your traineeship, you will have the opportunity to take on specific opportunities in business development and account management, training, and client facing projects. You will be working alongside experienced psychologists and some of the leading figures in the occupational assessment field such as Professor Peter Saville, Rab MacIver and Tom Hopton. Key activities: Working with the client support teams to provide first-line telephone and online support to the wide range of clients, candidates and distributors who use our assessments Assisting the sales and client support teams in dealing with client enquiries, including providing details of our products and ensuring client records are kept up to date Supporting our extensive training schedule through client liaison, collation of materials, organisation of programmes and course tutoring Supporting client recruitment or development projects Assisting with the development of products and support materials Data entry and analysis Assisting with research projects and project management Supporting marketing activities including tracking leads, list management and event organisation Providing general administrative assistance to senior staff as needed About You Curious about the world of occupational psychology and with a keen interest in psychometrics, you will have a strong academic record and a desire to be part of a fast growing, entrepreneurial business. You should be a driven individual who strives for excellence, and be flexible in your approach; it is important that you are able to work well within Saville Consulting’s dynamic culture.
