Start time for each event 7.00 p.m. unless otherwise stated and on start sheet. On
occasions of inclement weather any decision to cancel will be taken at the start
area.
ENTRY FEES
An entry of £65.00 for (Age 18 & above) and £45.00 for (<18’s – Minimum Age
12) to cover the whole Series should be forwarded to: Emma Gell, 14A
Claughbane Avenue, Ramsey. IM8 2BF on or before 18th April 2015. Cheques
should be made payable to: I.O.M. Cycling .

I HEREBY DECLARE that the particulars submitted on this form are complete and
correct.
I ACCEPT the conditions appertaining to the event as set out in the prospectus or entry
form published by the Promoter.
I UNDERSTAND that the event will be held under the rules and regulations of TLI
Cycling as shown in the current handbook and I confirm that I am conversant with such
rules and regulations and undertake to abide by them.
I understand that the function of marshals in such events is to do no more than indicate the
precise spot at which the rider should turn or the direction her or she should take and that
the responsibility for safely negotiating a turn or any other change of direction must rest
with the rider alone.
I understand further that all competitors in or in the vicinity of the event must observe the
law of the land relating to road travel and when racing must ride entirely along unassisted.
I FURTHER DECLARE that I am an amateur cyclist in accordance with the regulations
and am not at present under suspension by TLI Cycling or any organisation with which
TLI Cycling have an agreement or (if so) such suspension will have expired by the date
of the event.
I AGREE to accept the decision of the promoters in all matters concerning the event and
my participation in it subject only to such rights of appeal or review as may be provided
for in the rules and regulations of TLI Cycling
I understand and agree that the event is held on the public highway and that I participate
therein entirely at my own risk and that no liability whatever shall attach to the promoter,
promoting club or any officials of the event, TLI Cycling or any member Isle of Man
Cycling for any injury loss or damage suffered by me, or by reason of the event, however
such may be caused and whether by negligence or otherwise.

You must fill in a TLI Cycling Entry Form to accompany this IOMCA entry form or you
will be uninsured and not allowed to start.
TLI Cycling Full Membership: £10 (free for 18 and above)
Day Member Surcharge: £5 per event (free for <18’s)
INDIVIDUAL ENTRY ON THE DAY: £12.00 (Juvenile £10.00), plus a £5 per ride
surcharge for Day Members (if 18 or above).
Please note: Maximum entries will be 150 this year – first come basis
All riders competing in the League must be fully paid up Club Riders for
2015.

PARENT’S CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR RIDERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
ENTRY FEES AND MARSHALLING
Competitors’ performances will not be included in the League Table until
they have paid the Series’ entry fee. Senior / Veteran entrants will be
required to "stand down" for one specified week to assist with the
marshalling or administration duties. A full list of the marshals for the
whole series will be published at the start of the Series. If you are unable
to marshal please notify The Organiser, Steve Shimmin on 475341 as
soon as possible so as a replacement can be organised. Failure to
conform will result in exclusion from the series. A number of points
equal to the maximum score gained during the series will be awarded to the
Marshall on that week.

Those competitors who wish to ride one or a few events are required to be
a member of a club affiliated to IOM Cycling and complete a TLI Cycling
They will be required to complete & sign a separate TLI Entry form as a
Full or Day Member for each event. A fee of £12.00 (Youth £10.00) plus a
£5 per ride surcharge for TLI Day Members (if >18), must be paid to
the organiser before the start. Their performance will be included in the
Series results provided they have also marshalled on at least one occasion
