(herein referred as “MKB”) and supported by external partners (herein referred as “Merchants”) offering various
products and services which are exclusively made available for MKB Members.
7. The MKB Membership Privileges offered in the booklet are subject and not limited to MKB and the merchants’
availability, operating hours, blackout dates period, schedule, limited products, and/or change in promotion, without
prior notice.
2. The MKB Membership Privileges are valid until 31 December 2015, and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
unless otherwise stated. MKB or the external partners reserve the right to alter the products, services, terms and
conditions without prior notice.
8. Cancellation and refund policy differs at all the merchants. Please check with the respective service providers
prior to any cancellation or change in your reservations. MKB is not liable for the additional cost charged or
responsible for the forfeited deposit or refused of refunds by the merchants for the purchased products and services.
3. MKB has no responsibility to the members/ users for any liability whatsoever that may arise from the MKB
Membership Privileges programme, other than expressed in these Terms and Conditions. MKB will take reasonable
care to ensure that the privileges offered at the participating merchants and information published in relation to the
exclusive members’ privileges are accurate, but MKB do not accept any liability relating to the information, picture
and quality of the offers or items provided by the merchants.
9. In the case of vouchers offered by MKB or the merchants, only original copies will be accepted. Photocopies or
defective vouchers will not be accepted by the service providers. Expired vouchers will not be extended.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, service or products in kind. Terms and Conditions of the vouchers may
differ from the MKB Membership Privileges terms and are subject to merchant’s sole discretion. Reimbursement or
compensation will not be offered for non-usage, loss or destruction of the vouchers.
4. The participating merchants are solely responsible for the ultimate condition of the products and services offered.
MKB takes no responsibility for the execution of the service or should be held liable for the products sold by the
merchants. All products and service purchased via the merchants must be addressed to the respective merchants.
10. The MKB Membership Privileges are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts,
loyalty programme, credit card promotions, seasonal and in-store/ onground offers at MKB and the participating
merchants.
5. MKB Membership details must be quoted upon reservation for all the products and services stated in this booklet.
Inadequate or inaccurate information given may result in withdrawal of the promotion upon
usage/redemption/payment/collection of purchase at MKB and participating merchant outlets.
11. MKB Members may be subjected to provide personal information to the participating merchants accordingly for
their own loyalty programme or marketing efforts. MKB is not responsible for the information collected by the
merchants and the usage method of the merchants. It is the members’ responsibility and discretion to check with the
merchants prior to revealing any personal details.
6. Owner of the MKB Membership Card must be present and the card must be produced upon
usage/redemption/payment/collection of purchase at MKB and participating merchant outlets. MKB and the
merchants reserve the right to withdraw, decline or replace the promotion with normal pricing if the MKB
Membership Card owner is not present or if the card is not produced upon request as identification. Members are
reminded to check with MKB or the merchants upon reservation or prior to making any purchase.
12. MKB may increase the promotions and list of participating merchants progressively. Members will be updated via
email, direct mailer, SMS and or other communication methods as deemed appropriate. For more information,
