May we at Mater Dei Catholic School, work to imitate Jesus as we grow in wisdom, age, and grace. Confirmation enriches the baptized with the strength of the Holy Spirit so that they can better witness to Christ in word and deed (Catechism of the Catholic Church [CCC], no. 1285). Anointed by the Holy Spirit at Confirmation, Christians strengthen their bond with the Church and become better equipped to carry out the Church’s mission of love and service. “Christ is the reason for this school. He is the unseen but ever present teacher in its classes. He is the model of its faculty and the inspiration of its students.” Thank you Thank you Marcus Ramirez and Ted Valdivia for signing up to be our Watch D.O.G.S. during the month of March.
