City Planner Mike Coker reported on the Commission meeting
c. Receive final report and recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the
Sonoma Verde Phase 1B final plat
City Planner Mike Coker presented the Commission’s recommendation
d. Discussion and consideration of Sonoma Verde Phase 1B final plat
Motion Short second Hatfield and carried to approve the Sonoma Verde Phase 1B final plat
e. Discussion and consideration of High Point Water Supply Corporation’s letter of intent to serve
water and fire flow to the new City Hall.
Staff has been instructed to work on an agreement with High Point Water Supply Corporation
f. Discussion of FY 2015-2016 Operating and Utility Budgets
