Viva’s unique duo of Extra Olive Oils provides the flavour and variety you will need for all of your cooking.
• Early Harvest – harvested at an early stage of maturity to capture the full fruity flavours.
• Late Harvest – harvested at the later stages of maturity to produce a mild oil with delicate flavours.
• Premium Cold Pressed Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil – extracted using the latest two phase processing system
which uses less water enabling more of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to be retained in the oil.

The Yallamundi Olive Plantations are located approximately 26km south east of the township of Millmerran in Southern Queensland, 200km from the city of Brisbane.

Yallamundi covers an area of 2,200 hectares with circa 302,000 olive trees with a combination of both olive table fruit and olive oil.
The trees were planted in six projects. The first was in May 1998 and the sixth in June 2005.
