Benjamin Avenue, Norfolk Children, ages 12 and under Bring your bikes and helmets and participate in the following activities: Bike safety inspections Helmet fitting Instructions about the rules of the road Free bike licensing for Norfolk residents Bicycle obstacle course Child car seat safety checks “Pedaling with TheraPlay” Bike Clinic Safety inspections and road course activities are free. A parent must accompany each child to sign a release form before they can ride the Bicycle Rodeo course.
