Overview So what’s the deal…… We’re looking to hire a Graduate IT Support Engineer on a 1 year fixed term contract and for the right candidate this could be extended to a permanent role. The successful candidate will report to our Senior Systems Administrator - Office Systems. We’re based in Central London, close to lots of restaurants and shops, so you’ll never be short of things to do for lunch! Also there may be occasional travel involved to other offices in the UK and abroad and you can expect to receive a salary of between £20-23k. However… You must be ambitious and driven, not to mention passionate about IT and keen on pursuing a career in this field. So if this sounds like something you want to be part of, keep reading to find out more about the role! 2 The Role You will be expected to provide desktop and office systems support to all employees in the 10 countries that BrainJuicer operates in. You will also have working knowledge of Windows Operating systems and MS Office applications in order to provide efficient and accurate support locally and remotely to all employees through the appropriate desktop support tools. Responsibilities Provide IT Support to all BrainJuicer staff in various international locations; Resolve user issues efficiently and effectively in order of priority; Build, deploy and support laptops, phones and other IT equipment and software for users in all BrainJuicer offices; Maintain and update the BrainJuicer IT Asset Register; Ensure all incidents are recorded and maintained accurately in the Incident Management System; and Perform regular preventative maintenance on user machines and office systems.
