Sleep Better - Wake Up Easier
Soothing light and sound help you fall asleep & stay
asleep. Our custom light simulates the natural light at
dusk - soothing and relaxing. This signals your brain to
produce melatonin, the hormone that helps you
sleep. Your mind and body fall asleep naturally and
easily. The custom Nature Sounds will also help relax your
mind and block disturbing noises.
When it's time to wake up, the natural light will brighten
slowly to gently wake you. Energizing you for the day
ahead.

Soleil Sleep Spa™ SPA-7 Instructions
Basic Operation:
Attach the power cord to the wall outlet and insert
the plug in the power input on the back of the
Sleep Spa™.
Insert #2032 battery in to the battery
compartment. Battery should be positioned + side
up and be placed on top of metal contact. Sleep
Spa will operate without battery, but will not
maintain time and alarm settings if AC power is
lost.
Set the Current Time:
Press and hold SET button for 3 sec. Clock icon
will blink. Release SET button.
Press UP and DOWN buttons to adjust hour
Press SET button.
Press UP and DOWN buttons to adjust minute.
Press and release SET button to save the setting
Set Sunrise Alarm:
Press and hold ALARM button for 3 seconds.
Alarm icon will blink. Release ALARM button.
Press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the
alarm hour.
Press SET button to select alarm minute.

Press UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm
minute.
Press SET button to select sound setting.
Press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the
sound, 1. Natural White Noise, 2. Relaxation
Brook 3. Rocky Ocean Shore, 4. MP3 Input, 5. No
sound, 6. Beeper
Press SET button to select volume setting.
Press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the
alarm volume 1-5.
Press SET button to save the setting.
Press SUNRISE button.
Alarm is now set and turned on.
Turn on Alarm
Press ALARM button 2 times. Alarm icon and
sound selection will be lit.
Turn off Alarm
Press ALARM button 2 times. (If alarm is active,
press ALARM button 1 time to turn off alarm.
To turn off alarm and keep setting for next day,
press SET button 1 time.)
Set Sleep Spa Sunset
Press SUNSET button.
Press UP and Down buttons to select time. 15, 30, 60, 90
or 120 minutes. Factory setting is 30 minutes.

To turn off before the end of cycle, press the SUNSET
button.(Sound is selected in Sunrise Settings)
Sleep Spa Nature Sounds: Press sound selection button
to desired selection. 1. Natural White Noise, 2. Relaxation
Brook 3. Rocky Ocean Shore, 4. MP3 Input, 5. No sound, 6.
Beeper Adjust sound volume with VOLUME UP/DOWN
buttons.
To turn sound off, press SOUND button for 3 seconds.
MP3 Input: Use 1/8” plug for sound input. Select “line in” with
sound button.
Light: Press and release LIGHT button to select brightness. Low,
Medium, High, Off.
Snooze Button: The Soleil Sleep Spa™ is equipped with a snooze
button that allows you to sleep in just a little longer. The snooze
cycle lasts 10 minutes followed by a 1 minute sunrise and sound.

Security Feature: The Soleil Sleep Spa™ has a built in
Security Feature which randomly activates the lamp. This
is a great way to deter intruders by giving the impression
that someone is home. Activate this by pressing the
SECURE button.
Custom Sunrise time:
Press and hold the SUNRISE button for 3 seconds.
SUNRISE icon will blink.
60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Press UP and Down buttons to select time. 15, 30
Press SET button.
Demonstration:
Press & hold the DEMO button and press either the
SUNRISE or SUNSET buttons for demonstration.
Sound and volume for demonstration is set in alarm
settings.
Press & hold the DEMO button and press either the
SUNRISE or SUNSET buttons to stop the
demonstration.
Note: the light may flicker slightly during
demonstration mode.

Clock display brightness: Press SNOOZE button for clock
display brightness. Bright, Medium, Low, Off
Clock display brightness cannot be changed during alarm cycle.
Button operates as SNOOZE button.
Flash: Press and hold SECURE button for 3 seconds. Flash icon
will blink. When this feature is activated, the lamp will flash like a
strobe light at the end of the alarm cycle. This feature is designed
for heavy sleepers who need a little extra help in waking up.
To turn off Flash feature, press and hold SECURE button for 3
seconds.
Note: Flash feature will not operate in demonstration mode.
12/24 Hour Clock: Press DOWN button to select.
Smartphone charging: USB port is for charging smartphone
only. For sound input use MP3 input 1/8” plug.
Battery Backup Information: Battery model # 2032 In the
event of a power outage, your Soleil Sleep Spa™ is equipped with a
battery backup system. In order to conserve battery power, the
clock display and light will not function; the time and alarm
cycles, however, will continue to function. When power resumes,
all settings will be saved and the clock display & light will operate

normally. If the power is still out during the alarm cycle, only the
selected sound will activate. This allows you to wake up at the
selected time in the rare event that your power should stay out
past the alarm cycle time. Battery should be replaced at least
once a year to avoid damage due to battery leakage.
Warranty Information:
Soleil Sun Alarm Company warrants that the Sleep Spa SPA-7 will
be free from defects in manufacture for a period of 90 days from
the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to
external causes
including, but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse and /or
problems with electrical power. For warranty

Safety & Service Instructions:
Do not place this unit near water or heat sources.
There are no user-serviceable parts on the Sleep Spa. The LED
lights are rated for 30,000-50,000 hours
of use and are not replaceable. Do not open the Sleep Spa. This
voids the warranty and can permanently
