Hyatt Resorts in Hawaii and The Mark Travel Corporation “Partner” Incentive Travel Agent Bonus Commission is open to bona fide travel agents
residing in the U.S., Canada or the United Kingdom; 21 years of age or older, with a current IATAN or CLIA card who have received the approval from
their employer and comply with their employer’s policies and procedures regarding participation in vendor promotions. Eligible for new bookings made
between 3/25/15 and 4/30/15 for client travel to be completed between 4/1/15 and 12/20/15. Travel agent may earn $50 for each actualized eligible
room booking with a minimum four consecutive paid night stay at participating Hyatt Resorts in Hawaii. Offer applies to bookings made through The
Mark Travel Corporation. Offer is not valid on group/convention rates, online agencies, wholesale direct bookings and industry discount rates such as
travel agent rates, Internet wholesale rates (such as priceline.com, hotels.com), etc. Only one bonus commission issued per booking, per agent.
Commission(s) will be paid only after the client’s travel has taken place. This offer applies to client bookings only, not applicable to Travel Agent
specials or complimentary stays. Cancelled bookings do not apply. Payment will only be made to Agent of record on the booking. If Travel Agency does
not allow personal bonus commissions it must be noted in a letter so that the commission may be paid directly to the Travel Agency. All requests must
be received no later than 5/15/15. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Bonuses are nontransferable. Hyatt Resorts in Hawaii Travel Agent Bonus
Commission is not combinable with other frequent travel programs. The participating Hyatt resorts are subject to change without notice. Void where
