Elegant Hotels Group plc announces its admission to trading on AIM
Vision Capital is pleased to announce that Elegant Hotels Group plc (“Elegant Hotels” or “the
Group”) has today been admitted to trading on AIM following a successful placing with long-term
institutional investors (AIM: EHG).
Elegant Hotels, the largest upscale hotel operator in Barbados, was acquired by Vision Capital in
2004. Since then, Vision Capital has supported the Group with investment through multiple
economic cycles in order to deliver strong revenue and EBITDA performance over a decade. The
market capitalisation of Elegant Hotels on admission is approximately £88.8 million. Vision Capital
has retained a 23.8% stake in Elegant Hotels, reflecting its confidence in the strong future prospects
of the Group.

The stock market listing of Elegant Hotels is the seventh successful exit by Vision Capital in the last
six months. In addition to these exits (which included its investments in Pirtek, Pantex and Fletchers
Bakeries) three of Vision Capital’s investee companies (SMI, ECA and Velocitel) have signed or
completed major strategic acquisitions in 2015.
