Parent Teacher Student Interviews

Dear Families
This is a reminder that there are no lessons for students on Monday 20 April. They are not required
at school, but they are asked to accompany their parents/guardians to the interview appointments
that have been made with teachers. They can be in casual dress for these interviews.
Interim Reports showing Term 1 school progress information are now available for viewing in
Compass. You can make appointments with teachers by following these steps:
1. Access Compass for your child and click on the Book Parent Teacher Interview on your
homepage
2. Click on Parent Teacher Student Interviews Term 2 2015
3. Click on the times when you would like an appointment – the drop down arrow will show
you which teachers are available then.
Bookings can be made until 8pm on Sunday evening. The locations of teaching staff are listed
below. Maps detailing these locations will be available from the General Office at the Junior
campus on Monday. Conversations can be had with Kerry Ford regarding any students who see her
for Literacy Support – she is available through all sessions until 8pm. Christine Lobato is also
available in the Library during the day. Appointments can also be made with Terry Bennett
(Principal), Carol Ashton (Assistant Principal) or David Lees (Assistant Principal).
Normal lessons resume on Tuesday. Please contact office staff, or David Lees or myself, if you have
any queries. We hope to see many of you at school, involved in the interviews, on Monday of next
week.
