2015 Player Sponsorship

REGISTRATIONS & ALLOCATIONS
1. All 2015 Brisbane Lions members are eligible to purchase a 2015 Player Sponsorship.
2. Player Sponsorships may be purchased by individual members, groups of members, or in the
name of a business or company.
3. Player Sponsorships are available in Queensland and Victoria, and are restricted to 4 per state.
4. Player categories for sponsorship are confirmed once the 2015 final playing list is made
available in March 2015.
a. Category 1
Leadership Group
$830
b. Category 2
Players with 100+ senior AFL games at season start
$600
c. Category 3
Players with 20-99 senior AFL games at season start
$500
d. Category 4
Players with less than 20 AFL games at season start
$380
5. Members are required to nominate their preferred player, and expected sponsorship category
upon renewals to go on the registration list.
6. Players will be allocated to members in priority order based on the following:
a. Existing sponsors renewing same player
b. Existing sponsors changing/adding player
c. New Player Sponsors
GIFTS & FUNCTIONS
7. Members are required to nominate their preferred gift, a signed 2015 guernsey OR signed &
framed photo of the player, for sponsorships by Friday 1 May 2015. If no preference is
registered by this date, members will receive a Guernsey.
8. Members may not request a specific Guernsey size or type as it will be based on available
stock from the Lions Shop.
9. Members will receive an invitation for two people to the function being held in sponsorship
state – Queensland or Victoria.
10. Function entitlements cannot be swapped to different states.
11. Function entitlements are restricted to two, and additional tickets cannot be purchased.
12. Members must note that whilst every effort will be made by the Club to have every sponsored
player in attendance at the Queensland function, there may be situations outside of the Club’s
and player’s control which may result in the player’s absence. The Club will work with
individual members as to whether alternative arrangements can be made.
13. Victorian members must note that only the ‘travelling team’ will be in attendance at the
Victorian function.
PAYMENTS
14. Members may purchase the sponsorship using the Loyal Lion auto-renewal payment plan.
15. Members must remain up-to-date on payment instalments, to receive the full entitlement of
their sponsorship. Please refer to the Loyal Lion auto-renewal Terms & Conditions for details.
MEMBER BEHAVIOUR
16. No member or guest of a member shall behave in an offensive or inappropriate manner
towards Players, or whilst on the premises or elsewhere in the venue.
17. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
18. A patron must not, at any time, abuse or harass an employee of the Club.
19. The Club reserves the right to remove or refuse admission to any member, guest or visitor at
its discretion.
20. The Club reserves the right to cancel a Player Sponsorship, without notice, if a members’
conduct does adhere to these terms.
21. All members must at all times do everything within their power and control to protect and
enhance the reputation and good name of Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club.
