Terms and Conditions
The Western Bulldogs Football Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary vary
the terms and conditions of a Footscray Bulldogs Membership. The Western Bulldogs Football
Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Western
Bulldogs Football Club website on the VFL page. Members will have no claim against the
Western Bulldogs Football Club by reason of any change to its membership terms and
conditions.
PERSONAL DETAILS
It is the responsibility of the member to notify the Western Bulldogs should their details
change, including the issuing or withdrawal of concession status, member contact details or
any relevant information that could affect their membership with the Western and/or
Footscray Bulldogs.
LOST / STOLEN MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Should a membership card be misplaced or stolen a replacement fee of $10 is payable prior to
the reprinting and sending of the replacement membership card. To arrange for a membership
card to be reprinted and barcode number cancelled, please contact Membership Services on
1300 46 36 47. Please note that membership cards cannot be replaced on match day.
GENERAL ADMISSION ACCESS TO MATCHES
Access to matches is not guaranteed and always subject to capacity. For matches with high
demand, we advise to arrive as close to gate opening time as possible. Access will not be
granted to 2015 Western Bulldogs members on presentation of a 2015 membership card.
Patrons must carry a 2015 Footscray Bulldogs membership card or purchase a ticket at the
gate on Game Day.
JUNIOR POLICY
Juniors under the age of twelve as at January 1, are able to enter the venue free of charge,
however they ,ay not occupy the Grandstand unless a Grandstand access membership is
purchased.
CONCESSION POLICY
In order to apply for a concession membership, you will be required to provide photocopy
evidence of your concession status. Valid concession types include a stamped, receipted 2015
enrolment form from an appropriate educational institution or a 2015 student card, clearly
identifying the member as a full-time student for the entire season, aged, single parent or
disability pension card, veteran affairs card and TPI. All other concession types, including
Health Care Cards, are not an accepted form of concession for membership.

YOUTH POLICY
Youths over the age of fifteen as at January 1 and under the age of eighteen as at January 1
will be eligible for a Youth membership.
VFL FINALS SERIES
Footscray Bulldogs members do not have access to any VFL finals with their membership and
will be required to purchase tickets.
BULLDOGS FOR LIFE PAYMENT PLAN
The Upfront Payment Plan will be debited at the time of renewal/purchase or if automatically
rolling over will be debited in October 28, 2014 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard. The
Monthly Payment Plan will be debited on the 28th of each month, concluding on July 28, 2015
via a nominated VISA or MasterCard.
1. By becoming a member on the payment plan, you authorise the Western Bulldogs to
arrange a transfer of funds from your nominated credit or debit card in the amount
applicable to your membership type and at intervals as advise in point 3.
2. Members will be given at least 14 days’ notice in writing of any changes in the new
amount of their next season’s membership and at least 21 days to the terms of the
payment plan agreement. If you do not wish for your membership to roll over into the
following season, you will be required to opt out in writing.
3. For members opting into the Upfront Payment Plan option, full payment will be
debited in October, 2015 or upon receipt of application if received after this date. For
members opting into the Monthly Payment Plan option, payments are debited on the
28th of each following months until July 28, 2015.
4. The first instalment will be withdrawn on the 28th of the month, with further
payments on the 28th of each following month. If any payment fails to transfer
between institutions on the 28th of the month further attempts will be made to
attempt to clear the fund transfer. Members applying for the Monthly Payment Plan
option after the first scheduled payment will have the total number of lapsed
payments deducted upon receipt of application and then subsequent payments
debited at each specified date.
5. If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, a letter will be
sent requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial
institution will be payable by you.
6. In the event two consecutive monthly payments are missed a dishonour fee of $20 will
be charged plus arrears. In the event three consecutive payments are missed a
dishonour fee of $50 will be charged plus arrears and your membership will be
suspended, thus prohibiting the use of your membership card and entitlements. In the
event four or more consecutive payments are missed your membership will be
cancelled and you will no longer be a member of the Western Bulldogs. Your
consecutive years of members will be ceased and you will be required to start your
consecutive years of membership from year one. To reactivate your membership a fee
of 20% of the annual value of your membership must be paid plus any arrears. You will
be unable to renew your membership and Bulldog For Life status for the following year
if there is any outstanding balances from the previous season.
7. The Western Bulldogs may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive
occasions your financial institution does not honour the payment drawing.
8. It is your responsibility to ensure that:
(a) the account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the
expiry date change;
(b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the
scheduled drawing date.
9. If your membership is suspended or cancelled you will not be able to gain access to
games (including Toyota AFL Finals Series matches) at Etihad Stadium or at the MCG.
10. If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact
Membership Services on 1300 46 36 47. You will receive a full refund of the
withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for the drawing.
11. All Western Bulldog memberships completed online and over the phone will be setup
as a subscription. At the completion of the season the membership will automatically
renew for the following year, on a date pre-set by the club. Members will be notified in
advance as to when the membership is to renew, giving the member an opportunity to
change or cancel their membership for the following year.
12. If you wish to discontinue using the monthly payment plan and would prefer to pay
upfront, you must pay the remaining balance on your membership and advise our
membership services team of your Bulldog For Life payment plan change.
13. Members will not be provided with reminders or invoices for their payment plan
instalments
MEMBERS CODE OF CONDUCT
While barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive language and
gestures are not in the spirit of the game. Likewise, members who consume alcohol of a match
day are to do so responsibly so that their behaviour does not spoil the event for fellow
attendees. Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face membership
penalties including cancellation of their membership.
As Western Bulldogs and Footscray Bulldogs Members we will abide by the values and the
fundamental principles of our Club and specifically;
1.
While at Western Bulldogs/Footscray Bulldogs games and events, we will not engage
in conduct that could bring the Club or Australian Rules football into disrepute.
2.
In any forum including in the media, where we are acting as a Western Bulldogs/
Footscray Bulldogs Member or identifiable as a Bulldogs Member, we will not engage
in conduct that could bring the Club or Australian Rules football into disrepute.
3. We will not engage in nor endorse any form of vilification on the basis of race, colour,
gender, religion or sexuality.
4.
We will conduct ourselves as Members in ways which contribute to Western Bulldogs/
Footscray Bulldogs events being family-friendly enjoyable experiences for all who
attend - this means refraining from engaging in disruptive behaviour, including foul or
abusive language or obscene gestures.
5. As a Club, we maintain the right of our members to hold and express robust views
about our Club, our Board, Club Management and employee; and our players and
team, but we will do our best to avoid behaviours and language which are abusive or
malicious.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Exchanges or refunds are not available on memberships or additional products purchased. If a
Footscray Bulldogs member wishes to cancel their membership product, a written request
must be submitted to Membership Services via email to
[email protected] or post to PO Box 4112 DC, West Footscray VIC 3012. If
the fulfilment items have been sent prior to the request for cancellation, the membership
product will not be cancelled or refunded. The Western Bulldogs reserves the right to cancel a
membership without refund to any member that breaches the terms and conditions of
membership. Any membership cancelled by the Western Bulldogs will result in consecutive
years of membership being ceased.
VOTING RIGHTS
Only ordinary, life or full (Social Club) members whose name appears on the Official Register of
Members as of June 1 each year and who are over the age of 18 shall be eligible to vote at the
Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Clubs AGM is usually held in late December, and
notification of the meeting is placed in the sporting pages of Melbourne's Herald Sun
newspaper and on westernbulldogs.com.au.

The Western Bulldogs recognises the importance of your privacy. All information collected will
be handled in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation.
