Spanish translation will be available Friday Afternoons Caring for the Caregiver 12:30-1:30 pm NAMI Member, Family to Family teacher, and mother of an adult living with mental illness, Margaret Crouch brings 18 years of practice in mindfulness meditation to the Mental Wellness Center. She will guide participants through short meditations to facilitate awareness and calming of the mind in a safe and supportive environment.
