District News
With the warm weather upon us, we all want to start our long awaited landscape
projects. Many of these projects are in our backyards and may not be easy to
access. Many of the houses in Meridian Ranch back to open space or landscape
tracts. These areas should not be used to gain access to your backyard. The
landscaping on the open space or landscape tracts is designed for the pleasure
of all residents to enjoy, so when someone drives over these areas, the landscape
is damaged which in turn costs the District to repair. If you have any questions
about gaining access to your yard or if you see someone utilizing the open space
for access, please call us at 719-495-6567 or email us at [email protected].
