CAREERS AT MESHEK JOB TITLE Engineering Office Manager LOCATION Oklahoma City, Oklahoma JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field. Licensing: Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma. Experience: Minimum 10 years related experience in his/her specific discipline, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing design staff. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, PC-SWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, GeoRAS and other H&H-related software is preferred. Candidate must possess strong technical skills, experience and abilities in coordinating with other members of a project team, and ability to communicate well. JOB DESCRIPTION The Engineering Office Manager will be responsible for leading civil engineering design on water resource and transportation projects of all types and sized. This position involves multiple responsibilities including office and staff management; design, construction and project management for municipal infrastructure, water resources and transportation facilities; writing reports and assisting with proposal development. This position also involves direct client responsibilities, including business development, and experience with project presentations and meeting facilitation. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated; have strong communication and interpersonal skills; be capable of working independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team; have sound problem-solving abilities; and be goal and deadline oriented. Candidate must possess a driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work. Other duties as directed.
