and 62 (100k) mile bike tour that starts and
ends at Mackinaw Valley Winery; one of Central
Illinois’ most popular Vineyards. The 5 mile is a
family fun ride.

To participate in the M & M Vineyard Bike Ride and realizing the risks involved
with the sport, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims of damage
or death, personal injury, misadventure, and/or property damage which may
happen during the event. I hereby release and hold harmless METEC, all sponsors
including Mackinaw Valley Vineyard, their officers, directors, employees,
representatives, agents, and successors and/or other persons or entities associated
with this event from and against any and all liabilities arising from or connected
with my participation in this event.
I understand that a bicycle is a legal vehicle of the road in the state of Illinois, and
I will abide by all traffic rules applicable to automobiles and recognize that failure
to do so can put me and others in danger. I agree to be solely responsible for the
condition and adequacy of my bicycle, safety gear and riding equipment. I agree
to wear a helmet when participating in the bike ride.
I agree that photos and videos taken of me during this ride may be used in
METEC’s newsletters, website or ride brochures.
