System design utilizing the Self-Powered UltraSeries™
Two UPA-2P in a tightpack configuration provides 60° Horizontal;
45° Vertical coverage.
Two UPA-2P loudspeakers are
included for downfill coverage of the
front seating area. This configuration
shows the downward tilt angle at 35°.
A 1:1 ratio between UPA-P's and
USW-P's is recommended for an
efficient, high-power sound system.

SYSTEM BLOCK DIAGRAM
The system is a basic Left and Right system designed to provide dynamic high-powered controlled coverage, with
sufficient power capability (114+ dB SPL peak at 20m) at the rear without overpowering the near seats. The frequency range will be approximately 32 Hz - 18 kHz. This combination system will provide clear, articulate, natural
sounding vocal and music reinforcement. The design starts with Left & Right tightpack clusters consisting of UPA2P self-powered loudspeakers: two main and two downfill. Below each cluster are four USW-1P Self-powered
subwoofers. Using EQ and delay capability will allow very precise alignment of the system after installation. A 20
bit or more Digital Delay Line is recommended for proper system alignment, but is not required.
