BASIC USES
MG-KRETE™ is used for all types of concrete repairs. It is used for patching, from shallow feathering to deep
pours. It can be poured into forms, it can be trowelled vertically and overhead, it can fill large cracks or be used
as a fast set plug. MG Krete can be stamped and colored. For sidewalks, ramps, curbs, stairs, roads, columns,
bridges and many other concrete structures.

Oil Eating Microbes
A major problem facing our nation today, in fact the world, is one of
misplaced hydrocarbons.
These are oils, fats, fuels, and other related substances which have escaped
their intended use and are now contaminating the home, workplace and the
environment. The most mild form would be oil spots on your driveway, while
a problem of epic proportion would be an oceanic oil spill.
The Microbial cleaning process is specifically aimed at the cleaning and
remediating of unwanted hydrocarbons. These may be either in the form of
petroleum based hydrocarbons, or fats and greases. We developed specific
products to work in the various areas.
Our products are non-flammable, will not harm hands or skin, do not contain
VOC’s and clean without polluting. Typical applications include, but are not
limited to: oily floor prep before re-coating, shop floors, machinery, engines,
masonry, painted surfaces, oil pits, petroleum tank farms, restaurant kitchen
floors, textiles, and many others.
Microbial Restoration-SURFACE is a general purpose microbial cleaner which can be used in almost any
cleaning situation. MR-SURFACE is non-hazardous and can be used anywhere hydrocarbon oil
contamination and stains need to be eliminated. Microbial Restoration F.O.G. MR-F.O.G. is specifically
formulated to handle the tough job of cleaning a variety of the by-products of restaurants; including fats,
grease, oil, protein, cellulose, starch, and detergents. If used in a regular program, MR-F.O.G. will greatly
minimize or even eliminate the “pumping” of the grease trap. The use of MR-F.O.G. inside the kitchen for
cleaning floors and equipment will also clean the plumbing as it flows through the grease trap. This product is
an excellent option multi-purpose cleaner where odors are a problem.

Easy 3 Step Procedure for Cleaning Concrete Floor
Step 1: Wet the floor and apply the microbes- SURFACE is ready to use upon delivery. Simply moisten
area to be cleaned with water and apply SURFACE with a sprayer.
Step 2: Agitate – Agitation helps disperse the microbes and helps break down the oil for faster digestion.
Agitate the floor periodically, and keep the floor moist while the bacteria are working. The time needed for
cleaning will vary between 30 minutes to several hours. Keep in mind that some floors have been exposed to
oil for many years and may need a longer time for the microbes to completely digest all the contamination.
Step 3: Rinse the floor – Rinse to a drain, or rinse and shop vac the microbes from the floor. Dry the floor
thoroughly and coat according to coating manufacturers recommendation (note – microbes do not etch
concrete).

MR-F.O.G. is a specially formulated concentrate that is designed to handle the toughest cleaning jobs.
When dealing with fats, oils, grease, protein, cellulose, starch, grease traps and septic tanks MR-F.O.G. is
your cleaning answer. MR-F.O.G. Concentrate has a microbe that produces hundreds of enzymes that
break down fats, oils, greases and toilet tissue so that the microbes can eat, digest and disperse it as carbon
dioxide and water. MR-F.O.G. is the perfect choice in restaurants or food producing facilities where drain lines
and grease traps area a problem. MR-F.O.G. is also a great choice for slick floors and odors needing to be controlled.

Easy 4 Step Procedure for Cleaning

Elevator Pits
Most elevator pits are a bothersome nuisance for building owners. Maintaining them typically requires a
contractor wearing respirators, Tyvek suits, specialized vacuums to collect contaminated water and acidic or
caustic cleaners with strong odors to clean the petroleum based products off the concrete and elevator
components. The cleaners are detrimental to the elevator components so an incredible amount of time must
be spent protecting the elevator components before any work even begins. Then the same method must be
done time and time again depending on how frequent the pit fills with water. Hazards include exposure to
workers, employees and tenants with vapors from cleaners, possible spills while trying to dispose of waste
collected, disposing of the hazardous waste and the amount of time necessary to clean the pit itself.
Microbial Restoration Services has a cost efficient solution for elevator pits. Our Microbes feed on any
petroleum or hydrocarbon based products and will remove them 100% from concrete or steel without
harming it. Waste water collected becomes virtually harmless because the Microbes digest the petroleum
based products. Once the elevator pit is clean of all waste, the walls can be waterproofed to insure future
maintenance is minimized and the necessity to perform cleaning is far less frequent for the building owner.
