We focus on applying Lean tools and techniques in a Services environment. Set up a value stream map and swimlane, how to create flow, eliminate waste and reduce lead times. Tools like: takt-time, one-piece flow, FIFO, 5S, SMED, EPEI will be taught through concrete Services examples. To sustain all improvements we focus on Kaizen, Standardized work, Poka-Yoke, visual management and the human dynamics. The specificities of applying Lean tools and principles in different environments: manufacturing, warehousing, R&D, services, maintenance are covered. Major focus is set on he change management process within the project and Lean transformation. Team effectiveness, leading a team and the organization of problem solving sessions and Kaizen sessions are covered here. This training is an optimal preparation for the “Certified Black Belt in Lean” IIBLC® examination. As the Lean Champion you operate on the highest level within the company concentrating mainly at the design and deployment of the Lean strategy.
