IIBLC® CERTIFIED GREEN BELT IN LEAN
FOCUS ON SERVICES & ADMINISTRATION
IIBLC® CERTIFIED BLACK BELT IN LEAN
IIBLC® CERTIFIED CHAMPION IN LEAN
This training is an optimal preparation for the
“Certified Green Belt in Lean” IIBLC® examination.
We focus on applying Lean tools and techniques in
a Services environment.
Set up a value stream map and swimlane, how to
create flow, eliminate waste and reduce lead
times. Tools like: takt-time, one-piece flow, FIFO,
5S, SMED, EPEI will be taught through concrete
Services examples. To sustain all improvements we
focus on Kaizen, Standardized work, Poka-Yoke,
visual management and the human dynamics.
The specificities of applying Lean tools and
principles in different environments:
manufacturing, warehousing, R&D, services,
maintenance are covered.
Major focus is set on he change management
process within the project and Lean
transformation. Team effectiveness, leading a
team and the organization of problem solving
sessions and Kaizen sessions are covered here.
This training is an optimal preparation for the
“Certified Black Belt in Lean” IIBLC® examination.
As the Lean Champion you operate on the
highest level within the company concentrating
mainly at the design and deployment of the
Lean strategy. The Lean Champion should not
focus on the technical tools but should deploy
the Lean culture successfully within the
company: strategic management, causal
dashboard, E2E process thinking, improvement
and change management.
Project leaders, Team members and Sponsors of
Lean projects.
All professionals involved in Lean transformation.
Project leaders who participate in deploying a
Lean culture in their organization, consultants
(internal and external), lecturers who wish to
validate and optimize their competences.
Lean Manager or consultants who lead Lean
