Featuring works by born and raised local, Sarah Duarte, who
has adapted the German technique of spun cotton to create
3-dimensional artworks. From the inspiration of childlike
fantasy, sprouts these whimsical and sometimes bizarre
characters. She hopes her colorful creations will invoke a
sense of wonder to the child within all of us.

Featuring local jeweler and mixed media artist, Juliette
Morris Williams. Her work is earthy and full of spirit; using
copper, found and recycled objects, handmade polymer
beads, bronze, brass, sterling silver and steel.

artisans in India who work under the umbrella
organization known as “Tribes India”, helping with
preservation and advancement of these talented artists.
Shiva Moon is honored to present some of the nicest
textiles they have ever carried.

Featuring talented mixed-media artist, Christie Stewart,
who has donated her “found object assemblage” sculpture
“Le Tour” to First Friday Artwalk. Est. value is $1500. The
sculpture will be on display with raffle tickets available for
purchase at JJ Jacksons from April 26th until May 25th for
$20 each or 3 for $50. All proceeds will go towards the First
Friday Artwalk.

17 Calanan Park. Outdoor “Pop-up” Gallery featuring a
variety of local Artists. Plus “The Poetry Crashers”, a group of
five local poets who have a vision of bringing everyday poetry
to unlikely places in an effort to extend poetry’s reach in our
community. These poets are dedicated to making poetry fun,
accessible, inclusive and memorable. Live poetry readings
at 6:30 & 7:30. Also come contribute to our collaborative art/
poetry piece to be auctioned off at the next Artwalk.

Merging filmmaking and graphic design to create magical and
playful interactive experiences. Together they are committed
to changing the way people think about filmmaking, design,
art and technology. Featured artists are Romero Alves and
Zack Haller.

Featuring local painter, Ashley Foreman with originals and
prints on display. She primarily paints fantasy and visionary
works.
20 Nevada City Eats 104 Union St. Featuring local artist
Katie Wolfe with some of her fine artwork. Offering $1 off any
entrée during Artwalk. Under new ownership!

Live music by The Nut Boyz; featuring Tom McDonald
and Steve Holland playing their blend of pop turned jazz
and more. Also featuring colorful paintings by Sally Ann
Rodriquez.

Local artist Jim Lee presenting scenes of nature,
spirituality, ocean and Hawaiian themes. Acrylic on
canvas or wood panel and Giclee prints.

HAALo is excited to collaborate with 4 Earth Elemental
Education and featuring artists who create usable art
from the raw materials of the earth. Our featured artists
will be: Rick Berry, Starlight Compost, and Laughter, with
musical guest, Andjru Werderitsch playing the didjeridoo
and drums. Come join us at HAALo for a unique experience
of Earth Creations!
