RULES AND INFORMATION:
1. Art must have the proper subject matter and display the theme (The Art of Water: the Beauty
of Water in Our Landscape). Judging will be in part based on how well your piece represents
the theme.
2. Art must be family-friendly: no nude or lewd artwork. Organizers have the right to disqualify
and/or remove any inappropriate art or writing as they may deem necessary.
3. Artists will be provided with the following supplies*:
 Chalk – Color Splash Sidewalk Chalk
 Sponges
 Cloths
 A hand washing station will be set up
*Artists are welcomed to provide their own supplies if desired.
4. Artists will be provided with (SIZE) of sidewalk as a canvas.
5. Drawing begins at 10:30 AM and must be completed by 5:00 PM. Winners will be announced
at 6:30 PM.
6. Prizes include:
 1st Place: $150; 2nd Place: $75; 3rd Place: $25
7. In case of inclement weather, artist is responsible for ensuring the ability to attend the rain
