Dear Potential Sponsors,
We would like to introduce to you Mistico Equestrian and Function Centre
(www.misticoequestrian.co.za). Mistico is the largest livery yard and show venue in the
Western Cape and possibly the country. The facilities include 120 stables, 11 outdoor arenas,
two indoor arenas, a function hall which can cater for up to 300 guests as well as a restaurant. A
third larger indoor arena with 4500 grandstand seats is under construction and scheduled to be
completed in October 2015. This indoor has the capacity to cater for farming equipment, yellow
metals, concerts and displays as well as large horse shows.
Our show series is based on results as well as the rider’s consistent entries to the entire
series for each discipline and on offer is a floating trophy presented at a gala dinner at a
Mistico Mystery Show in November, the dates of which are to be confirmed.
Our sponsors are free to choose which show they would like to sponsor and any variations to
the prize levels are open to discussion. Our requirements for the six shows are R250 000 and
any sponsors wishing to take the naming rights on the shows are welcome for a cost of
R25 000
We are also offering naming rights to our existing indoor arenas for R65 000 per annum and
this will entitle the sponsors to host one event in the sponsored indoor or alternatively our
function hall. Our indoors can cater for 950 people seated and anything from cars to camping
equipment.
The placement of sponsored jumps for R10 000 per annum is on offer too. These jumps will be
on display daily as well as utilized in all jumping shows ensuring maximum benefit to the
sponsors.
Levels of Sponsorship
Level 1 -Gifts or Cash to the to the value of R3500
 A free stall at the show
 Repeated acknowledgement on our Facebook page for the 3 weeks leading
up to the show.
 Advertised as a sponsor in our monthly newsletter
 Permission to put up banners at the show and distribute flyers
 Mentioned in public announcements on the day & at the prize-giving of
their sponsored class.

Level 2 - Cash Sponsors of R5000
A free A5 advertisement (black and white) in the program
A free stall at the show
A class named after the sponsor
Repeated acknowledgement on our Facebook page for the 3 weeks leading
up to the show
 permission to put up banners at the show and distribute flyers
 Mentioned in public announcements on the day & at prize-giving of their
class
 Sponsors are invited to be present at the prize-giving for their class(es) .




Level 3 - Cash Sponsors of R10 000
 Will receive as per above however will be advertised for 3 months on our
Facebook page and loaded as a sponsor on our webpage for 3 months.
Top Level – Cash Sponsors of R65 000
 Will receive as per above however will be advertised for 1 year on our
Facebook Page and one year’s acknowledgement as a sponsor on our web
page.

Naming rights to 3 shows of your choice as well as offering the
first rights to sponsorship the following year.

