The Commercial Assistant is an integral member of the CRFU Team and is expected to develop a working knowledge of the CRFU’s goals and objectives and contribute to the achievement of these to the best of his/her ability. 1. Sponsors Benefits Ø Ø Ø Ø Ø Ø Ø Ø Expected Outcomes Provide daily support to the Business Development Executives in the execution of their sponsorship relationship delivery obligations. Provide support to the GM Commercial and the Sponsorship Relationship Manager in the delivery and execution of all commercial and sponsorship responsibilities Ensure co-ordination of Commercial and Marketing teams activities with the wider business Support the ‘Events’ team with agreed administration tasks for CRFU and Crusaders Events. Collate information for all Sponsors’ Directories Assist with all CRFU and Crusaders general commercial administration tasks Co-ordination of all sponsorship requests and written responses to sponsors. Preparation of any presentation briefs, proposals and contracts for our Agency and the commercial team. Proactively address day-to-day requirements, e.g. inwards mail, printing, photocopying, etc. Preparation and circulation of meeting agenda’s, recording minutes and key actions when necessary. Arrange travel for Commercial team with Experience Group and Qantas Monitoring CRFU and Crusaders catering budgets and all contracted hospitality requirements for sponsors groups resulting in all budgets being under spent. Liaising with the Ticketing Coordinator to ensure all Sponsors contracted match ticket requirements are met. Co –ordination and distribution of all additional ticketing requests from Sponsors. Support Steve with the co-ordination of all sponsors signage match day delivery requirements. Assist with non-match day sponsors event and sponsors promotions organisation. Coordination of Signing Sessions with Sponsorship Relationship Manager, and Logistics Manager Coordination of all apparel orders for sponsors and staff in conjunction with the Commercial & Marketing Executive Support Commercial team and Experience Group with Sponsors Trips 5. Comply with all health and safety obligations ensuring the safety of yourself and team, as well as others within the organisation, reporting all accidents and incidents immediately, participating in any applicable training, and communicating any health and safety issues or concerns to your Manager or the health and safety committee. Assist the Sponsorship Relationship Manager and the General Manager Commercial on any other project as required from time to time.
