PAPER / MAIL
Billtrust prints and mails customer statements from its eight North American production facilities. To ensure fast
delivery of statements to customers, all files that are uploaded and approved for production by 12:00 AM EST
are printed the next business day. Billtrust also processes and delivers mail to the USPS on Saturdays.
Billtrust is CASS and PAVE certified, ensuring that all statements are mailed at the lowest possible postage rate.
As Billtrust processes bills for delivery, statements are updated using the National Change of Address (NCOA)
database. These address updates, along with Uncertified Address updates are provided to clients so they can
keep their accounting system up to date.
Billtrust also employs extensive quality control procedures to ensure that every bill is accurate and is delivered to
the proper customer. During the print production process, a ‘before’ and ‘after’ scan is performed to ensure that
each bill remains in sequence and is inserted into the proper envelope along with any corresponding inserts that
are produced by Billtrust.

a personal dashboard that enables management of the billing process and access to every bill.
Track the delivery of bills online. SmartTrak™ technology, accessed through the Client Connect portal, allows
businesses to track each and every bill from processing to its movement through the USPS. This tool is used to
confirm the date a bill was delivered to a customer's local post office. And, it also tracks the delivery and receipt
of electronic bills. Finally, clients can track inbound checks through the system.
