Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR).
An avid HR volunteer, Frances has served in numerous Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM) positions at the national, regional, state, and chapter levels for

Board as Secretary/Treasurer. She is a past SHRM Utah State Council Director and a
past president of the Human Resource Association of Central Utah (HRACU). She was
recognized by HRACU with the Presidential Award for Excellence. She was appointed
by the Governor of Utah to serve on the Executive and Judicial Compensation Committee
for eight years. One of her volunteer highlights was at the Ski Jump Venue during the
2002 Winter Olympic Games.
As a life-long learner, Frances returned to school and graduated summa cum laude from
the University of Utah with her MBA degree in 2004. She is in the process of writing a
leadership book and enjoys snow skiing, snowmobiling, photography, traveling, and
camping with her husband Gary and spoiling their eleven grandchildren.
