MN Junior Angus MembersThe Junior Activities are underway for the 2015 Season and Just a quick note to remind you of some
upcoming deadlines. If these are events that you plan on participating in, please put these dates on your
calendar.
May 1:
-Gold Award Applications (last year of being a junior and need to have bronze and silver completed)
-CAB and Angus Foundation scholarship applications due
-National Junior Angus Board (NJAB) nominations due (anyone interested?)
May 15:
-Ownership and entry deadline for NJAS (MN Junior Angus follows the same ownership rules and
deadlines, June 12-13 is our show)
-Entries due for NJAS writing, photography, creative writing, and graphic design contests (a way to
participate in NJAS even if you cannot attend)
-Entry and recipe deadline for the Auxillary-sponsered All-American CAB Cook-Off contest (anyone
interested?)
May 25:
-NJAA Career Development Contest resume and public speaking contest speech outlines due
-Online entry deadline for NJAS
June 1:
-NJAB applications due
-NJAA Ambassador Program applications due
-MN Junior Field Day Early Registration Due
June 15:
-LEAD early registrations due
