especially for Modesto Marathon at a special discounted rate of $99.00 + 8 % tax per
room, per night. 5 King Standards and 5 Double Queen Beds , unless another room type
is requested at time of booking, based on availability.

Hampton Inn & Suites Hot Breakfast is included in rate, served daily 6:00am to 10:00am.
Outdoor swimming pool, business and fitness center are available for guests as well as
local restaurants within walking distance from our hotel.
Due to California Fire Safety Code, rollaway beds are not allowed in any of our
Double Queen Rooms. Each room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee
maker, hair dyer, iron, ironing board, flat screen HD TV and "Free" WI-FI internet access
throughout the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that any reservation can be cancelled without penalty
day of arrival, before 6PM. A cancellation number should be obtained from the
reservations agent for reference. In the event that a reservation is guaranteed and the
guest does not cancel nor arrive, the appropriate room & tax charges will be charged to
the credit card provided at time of booking.
