Dolphin Ladies…...dust off those spatulas and get ready for our first
ever individual Dolphin Ladies Baking Competition!
Five categories for you to choose from!
1
Sponge Cake – filling of your choice eg. Jam, lemon curd, or fresh cream

Retro Cake – Think vintage 50’s,60’s,70’s classics your mother would be
proud of! eg. Ribbon Cake, Pineapple Upside Down, Marble or Angel
Cake.

Delicacies - Cream Puffs, Cup Cakes, Sponge Lillie’s, Melting Moments

Tasty Finger Sandwiches suitable for High Tea (6 of only)
5
Savoury – Zucchini Slice, Mini Quiche, Mini Bacon Muffins (6 of only)
Pre-register now, simply leave your entry with a Dolphin Lady Committee
member or MOFSC Reception desk no later than 3pm Wednesday 20th May
2015.
Judging will be based on a well cooked, well presented and of course
absolutely delicious cake / slice / sandwich.
Our distinguished judges will award prizes for best OVERALL CAKE and BEST
IN CATEGORY.
All cakes and slices will be enjoyed by all ladies on the day. Bring you entry to
Dolphin Ladies Meeting on Wednesday 17th June no later than 12.30pm.
Judging will begin at 1.00pm sharp.
