I am pleased to announce the promotion of Rosemary Gwizdaloski
to Director of Income Tax Compliance for the Corporate Tax
Department. In this role, Rosemary will be responsible for the
management and review of federal and state income tax returns
and will assist in the review and maintenance of ASC 740 income
tax accounting processes and computations. She will also direct
the U.S. income tax reporting for our foreign operations, as well as
foreign tax credit calculations and planning. Additionally, she will
oversee excise tax compliance and Proxy reporting calculations for
our corporate aircraft.

Rosemary began her career as an International Tax Analyst at
Morgan Stanley. She was promoted twice during her time there,
first to International Tax Associate and then to International Tax
Manager. Rosemary joined MGM Resorts in 2012 as a Senior
Tax Accountant. Since that time she has accepted increasing
responsibilities in the tax department, and in October 2013 was
promoted to Tax Manager.
Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major
in Accounting and Business Management from the City University of
New York – College of Staten Island.
