I really like to play with the flavour and texture so I would suggest a Macaron Pistachio Martini, topped with cream flavoured with Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry. Colour Clear with golden hints. NOSe Roasted almond with notes of vanilla, biscuit and butter Attack ‘ Macaron Martini Berry Macaron • 10 ml MONIN Macaron syrup • 40 ml dark rum • 30 ml apple juice • 1 lime wedge • 10 ml MONIN Macaron syrup • 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Red Berries • 60 ml cranberry juice • 1 lime wedge Pour all ingredients into a shaker full of ice cubes, shake vigorously. Serve in a chilled martini glass. In the tin of a shaker, muddle the lime wedge with MONIN Macaron syrup. Add all remaining ingredients, shake vigorously with ice cubes and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with crushed cookies. Amaretti Caramelised Macaron • 10 ml MONIN Macaron syrup • 5 ml MONIN Amaretto syrup • 40 ml Irish cream liqueur • 30 ml cream Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes, shake vigorously. Serve in a chilled martini glass, rimmed with cinnamon. • 20 ml MONIN Macaron syrup • 15 ml MONIN Caramel sauce • 90 ml milk • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream Blend all the ingredients, except MONIN Caramel sauce, with ice cubes until smooth. Pour mix into a smoothie glass and drizzle with MONIN Caramel sauce. Steam milk until foamy. Pour into the latte glass. Stir and garnish with whipped cream. Steam milk until foamy, and pour into the latte glass. Top with an espresso. Stir and serve. t-N In a mixing glass mix MONIN Macaron syrup, MONIN Pistachio syrup and vodka. Strain into a Martini glass. Shake cream and Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry and top the cocktail with the mix.
