Dr. Stephen Pacetti, MD. - MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Pacetti completed his undergraduate work at the University of Florida and attended medical school at
the Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic. His training includes Internal Medicine and
Pediatrics at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, N.J. Dr. Pacetti has oversees all aspects of
medical services provided at NBRC. As an addiction specialist, he pours his years of experience and
passion into helping those afflicted with addictive disorders.
Dr. Mitchell J. Ghen, D.O., Ph.D. - INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL CONSULTANT
Dr. Mitch Ghen as a part of our team as a consultant for our Integrative Medical Program. Dr Mitch Ghen
has 34 years of experience in anti-aging and holistic and integrative medicine. In addition, he has
authored dozens of articles in peer-reviewed journals. He has been a host and guest on hundreds of
radio programs as well as television, where he has been the expert in alternative health. Dr. Mitch Ghen
is an international lecturer on topics about oral and IV nutrition, life-style changes, bioidentical hormone
replacement, and stem cell transplantation. He is noted to be one of the premier teachers at conferences
and seminars on integrative medicine and his vast academic knowledge.
Peter Gannon, ARNP, MSN, BC - VP MEDICAL SERVICES / PSYCHIATRIC NURSE
PRACTITIONER – BOARD CERTIFIED
Peter is an experienced and clinically competent Psychiatric Practitioner with proven
accomplishments in the evaluation, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and
substance abuse disorders in the adolescent and adult populations. Peter received his
Masters of Science in Nursing at FIU in 2004., a Masters of Public Administration at Golden
Gate University in 1988 and graduated cum laude with a BS in Science in Nursing at the
University of Bridgeport in 1981. He is board certified by the ANCC, a member of the
American Nurse Association, a member of the American Psychiatric Nurse Association.
Frank Galimidi, BS, CASAC, CAP, CRADC, ICADC, SAP - VP, PROGRAM & CLINICAL
DIRECTOR
Frank is a Florida Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), New York State Credentialed
Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Illinois Certified Reciprocal Alcohol
and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CRADC), an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug
Counselor (ICADC), and has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern
University. Frank is also a US Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional
(SAP). It is Frank’s ability to develop and build a solid program that has helped NBRC
achieve its success in delivering consistent, high caliber treatment services in our
communities.
John C. Profera, ARNP, PMHNP, BC - PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER - BOARD
CERTIFIED
John is a graduate of both Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Nursing and the University
of Florida with a MA in Nursing. His specialty is Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. John holds
the following credentials: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health
Nurse Practitioner, American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified. Clinical
Nurse Specialist. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with Bachelors in Nursing in
1995, John was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy.

James K. McLaughlin, CAT,CAC,CGT,CNDAI - LEAD STAFF THERAPIST
Jim is a graduate of Worcester State College, attended Millersville University,Northeastern University, Alvernia
College, (Addictions Studies). Jim is a Certified Addictions Counselor in Florida and Pennsylvania and a
nationally certified interventionist with over 32 years of personal sobriety. Jim joins the NBRC team after 5
years serving as Lead Therapist and Program Director at a well known treatment center in Boca Raton. Jim is
from the Boston area and has worked at well known treatment centers in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
Betsy Rosander, LMHC, NCC - STAFF THERAPIST
Betsy has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Nationally Board Certified Counselor
(NCC) since 2001. She was educated at Nova Southeastern University where she received her Masters of
Science degree in Mental Health Counseling in 1998. Betsy has worked in the field of Mental Health for over 15
years and in Substance Abuse treatment for over 10 years. She specializes in working with Dual Diagnosis
clients who suffer from both a substance abuse issue and mental health issues. In personal recovery herself
since 1991. Betsy brings to NBRC passion and enthusiasm, as well as an ability to connect with her clients.
Betsy is a creative and effective teacher, giving clients the skills and tools they need in order to succeed in their
recovery from both their emotional issues as well as substance abuse problems.
Robyn Wright, CHC - INTEGRATIVE PROGRAM COORDINATOR/ NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Robyn comes to NBRC with experience in integrative and functional medicine. She received her BA in
Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. From there she broadened her professional
experience in pharmaceuticals, the weight loss industry, and several different clinical settings as a health coach
and wellness coordinator. She is a certified health coach who has coached thousands of patients to improved
overall health. Robyn's passion is to help each individual find their way back to optimal health both inside and
out.
Lisa Petrilli, RN, BSN, CLNC - INFUSION NURSE
Lisa is a Registered Nurse (RN) with 34 years of professional medical experience. Her specialty is infusion
therapy. Lisa graduated from Villanova University in 1979 and began her career at Boston Children's Medical
Center treating patients with Cystic Fibrosis using Infusion Therapy. She also has years of experience in
medical equipment sales and home health for infusion patients. Lisa's significant experience and relaxed
attitude really helps our Restore patients feel comfortable and truly enjoy their treatment.
Joy Chanonat, LPN - DETOX NURSE / INTAKE SPECIALIST
Joy s a Licensed Practical Nurse and she brings years of experience to NBRC. She graduated from the
Practical Nursing Program at North Tech in 1984. Her compassion and friendly smile puts patients at ease right
away. Her vast experience in treating detox patients from start to finish gives her a unique insight to accurately
assess and help callers decide if our clinic is the right place for them. Her passion to help others coupled with
her previous history helping women suffering with substance abuse issues makes her a real asset to NBRC.
Joy has a daughter and resides in Lantana, Florida.
