Group Allocation for OP1 Video Exam
and Group Reflection
The groups for each activity are listed below. Please note you have different groups for your exam
and group reflection.
The aim of this is to allow a broad range of opinions for your discussion. The intent is to utilise your
exam group to help you mark your exam rubric and provide feedback, then discuss this with your
Reflection group. Ideally you will come up with action points to help you overcome weaknesses
noted in your exam as well as common issues across your group.
I will be available on the day of videoing to address issues (e.g. if one of your group members
doesn’t turn up, I may be able to help video).
In summary:
Video Exam Group:
- Perform exam
- Help practitioner mark their rubric
- Provide feedback on exam performance
Group Reflection Group:
- Review each other’s feedback
o Provide ideas on how to combat weaknesses identified
- Identify common issues across the group
o Identify ways in which these can be overcome
