Recovery Supports are vital services that help to build a foundation for long-term success and abstinence for people recovering from a substance use disorder. Some of
these services include: housing, employment assistance, transportation, faith-based
counseling and other peer services.
The Missouri Recovery Support Specialist is a training program for those who either
have lived experience in recovery (MRSS-Peer) or who are recovery advocates (MRSS)
without lived experience, and want to formally train to provide support services to
individuals in recovery.
Training Opportunity:
Join us for a live 36-hour training course that will provide all of the core courses
needed to obtain the MRSS/MRSS-P credential.

Cost:
$175.00 for complete training*
$30.00 per class
Medication Assisted Treatment
(9am-4pm) 6 CEUs
If you are employed by or volunteer at an Access to Recovery site, you are
eligible to receive a $150.00 scholarship reimbursement when you complete the entire sixcourse
