King of the Court
“Everything you do or say, then, should be
done in the name of the Lord Jesus, as you
give thanks through him to God the Father”
(Col 3:17).
The purpose of the event is to provide more
diocesan sports related events for the youth
in our diocese and to bring all youth together
in fellowship, prayer, and games while
reminding ourselves that everything we do
should be to give glory to God. Providing this
event helps youth meet other youth from
different areas and has them join together in
prayer before our games and fun in a Christlike atmosphere. It also allows an opportunity
for the teens to help charities that serve those
in need and have teens think about serving
others instead of themselves. The charity list
is in this packet. Jesus said, “Amen, I say to
you, whatever you did for one of these least
brothers of mine, you did for me”. (Mt. 25:40)
