Got a health question? Need a physician? The Sunrise Health Consult-A-Nurse® program
is a free hotline answered by registered nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While the
nurses can’t provide diagnosis over the phone, they can answer your health questions and
help you find a physician specific to your needs. Simply call 702-233-5474.

iTriage/iNotify:
The hospitals of Sunrise Health have partnered with iTriage – a free consumer healthcare
application –that puts healthcare information in the palm of your hand. With iTriage, you
can search thousands of symptoms, diseases, and medical procedures and then find
medical care directly from your smartphone. Plus, you’ll get the average ER wait times at
any of the Sunrise Health hospitals.
You can access iTriage the following ways:
• Download iTriage for your iPhone or iPod touch at the Apple® iTunes® store or for your Android smartphone at
the Android Marketplace. And now you can tell us you’re on your way to our ER with iNotify—a new emergency
room notification app from iTriage for mobile or web. Use iNotify to let Sunrise Health ER staff know in advance
that you are on your way to one of our hospitals. Once inside the iTriage® app, choose “Facilities”, select
“Emergency Departments”, click the orange “iNotify” button under the Sunrise Health System facility you wish to
visit and you will then have the option to complete the form prior to your ER visit.
ER Text Message:
When you’re hurting, you want to be seen fast. And sometimes the closest Emergency Room
isn’t the one with the shortest wait time. By using the ER text message feature, you can find out
wait times before you go to the hospital and then choose the best location based on your
situation. Simply text ‘ER’ to 23000 from your cell phone; reply with your zip code; and
receive average wait times at our area Emergency Rooms along with a number to call to
speak with a nurse.
In the event of a serious injury or medical condition, it is always recommended to call 9-1-1 immediately. ER wait
times are also available on each hospital’s website and through the iTriage app. Standard text message rates may
apply.

Health to You, h2u, is a health and wellness program for adults 18 years and older. Through
h2u, members gain access to health lectures, screenings, social events and national and local
