Directions from Rockland and Westchester
NYS Thruway to Exit 14A, Garden State Parkway, NJ. Continue on Garden State
Parkway for 2.3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd/Chestnut Ridge exit. At light turn right onto
Schoolhouse Road for .3 miles and turn right onto Williams Road. Continue .4 miles
on Williams Road to stop sign and turn right onto Pascack Road for .3 miles. Turn left
onto Grotke Road for .1 mile to Children’s Park entrance on left.
Directions from Bergen County
Garden State Parkway North to Exit 172 Grand Ave/Montvale/Park Ridge. Right at
light onto West Grand Ave to third light 1.8 miles and turn left onto Spring Valley
Road. Continue 1.5 miles on Spring Valley Road which becomes Schoolhouse Road.
Turn right onto Williams Road. Continue .4 miles on Williams Road to stop sign and
turn right onto Pascack Road for .3 miles. Turn left onto Grotke Road for .1 miles to
Children’s Park entrance on left.
Free parking on streets surrounding park entrance.

• All dogs must wear current rabbies tags or have proof
of vaccination.
• An adult (over 18) must be in control of his/her dog at
all times.
• Dogs must be on a 6 foot or shorter leash at all times.
• Each dog walker may only walk one dog.
• For safety reasons, no animals other than dogs may
participate in the event.
• Only bring a dog if he or she will enjoy being around
other people and dogs.
• All walkers are welcome, with or without dogs.
• Walk the course only if you and your dog are in
adequate physical condition.
• All participants must read and sign the event waiver.
• Any unruly or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave.
• Female dogs in season are not allowed to participate.
• Clean up after your dog.
• No tobacco or alcohol products are allowed at the
event.

assume any and all risks that might be associated with the event. I/we indemnify and
hold Meals on Wheels Programs & Services of Rockland, Inc., the Town of Ramapo,
the sponsors, officials, volunteers and the agents, officers, directors and employees
of the foregoing parties harmless from any and all loss, liability, injury, damage or
costs arising from or related to my/our participation in this event including reasonable
attorney’s fees and take full responsibility for my dog and any person or persons
