



Rules and Information Brochure 2015‐16 WILL BE MADE available on the website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in for downloading and printing. Changes in the above schedule (if any) will be notified on website only (www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in) and no separate notification will be issued. Detailing of Admission Round schedule will be notified on website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in. as mentioned in notification. Online Application form filing: Candidates are required to fill online application form (as per the notification published in newspapers and on website) and upload the photograph on web site www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in Procure a printout of the online form. Check for various entries made in application. Correct them online if necessary. Sign the form. Attached relevant document for substantiating the claim made in online application form. Download and print the pay‐in‐slip available on website (www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in). Fill it for the amount mentioned in the online application printout and pay the necessary amount in the selected bank counters mentioned in the admission notification published in newspaper. In such case the candidate is required to pay the amount with the application form as mentioned above. Their names will appear in both non­sponsored and sponsored category merit list. NOTE: o Do not send printout of online application form by post/courier to ARC for confirmation. Such applications will be summarily rejected and no communication will be done in this regards. o In no case application form will be considered for further processing if it is received after the schedule date and time due to any reasons. Submit and confirm an application form along with one copy of payment of fees (pay in slip / challan) to the concerned ARC in person only as mentioned in schedule. In no case the application form received by Post / courier will be accepted at any ARC by competent authority. The candidate has to pay Rs. 100 at ARC during confirmation of application as application processing fees. If candidate’s fails to confirm the application form at notified ARC as per schedule date and time for any reason his / her application will not be considered for further admission process. Collect the Signed and stamped (MAH‐MPH‐ARC‐RECEIPT‐2015) receipt of confirmation of application form and hall ticket for MAH‐MPH‐CET 2015 examination (for non‐GPAT 2015 candidates only) from ARC Head. Preserve the ARC receipt and Hall ticket (if applicable) as an important document for further M. Pharm. admission process 2015. Produce the hall ticket during MAH‐MPH‐CET‐2015 examination without which the admission to the examination may be denied. All relevant original documents will be verified at ARC, without which your application form will not be confirmed at ARC. Application form received by Post / courier or in any other mode will not be accepted at any ARC. APPLICATION PROCESS: 
Fill in online application form on website web‐site www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in : Candidate has to fill single application form. If candidate want to apply for non‐sponsored AND/OR sponsored category mark at appropriate place during filling application form. 
Take at the most care during filling all the entries. Take a printout of online application form 
Check for any errors. If necessary correct the entries and take a fresh printout. 
Attach relevant document to substantiate claim (Listed below) 
Various formats required to be attached to the application form are available for downloading on website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in 
Download (from website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in), print and fill in pay in slip for the amount mention in printout of online application form. 
Locate the Axis Bank extension counter (from website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in) and Pay the amount at Axis Bank counter 
Attached one copy (ARC copy) of pay‐in‐slip to your application 
Visit nearby ARC (Listed in notification and website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in) Carry all relevant original documents for verification. Without original documents your application form will not be confirmed at ARC. 
Pay Rs. 100.00 at ARC as a processing charges. 
Submit your application (along with photocopies of relevant documents) and original documents to ARC scrutiny committee. 
Collect Application confirmation receipt. 
If you are MAH‐MPH‐CET candidate (Non‐GPAT) collect a copy of hall ticket. 
Preserve both documents carefully. 
You have to submit Application confirmation receipt at the time of Admission rounds by counseling 
You have to submit Hall ticket at the time of MAH‐MPH‐CET 2015 examination schedules on 17th May 2015. 
Do not send your application to ARC or DTE office by post. 
Application form received by Post / courier or in any other mode will not be accepted at any ARC. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: 

All relevant original documents will be verified at ARC, without which your application form will not be confirmed at ARC. Documents (Attested true copies) to be attached with application form (whichever are applicable). 1. Valid and qualified GPAT‐2015 score card. 2. B. Pharm. degree mark list (If result declared) OR Bonafied certificate from the Principal / Head of Institute if appeared for Final B. Pharm. examination (as per annexure II ­ A). 3. HSC mark list / Certificate 4. SSC mark list / certificate 5. Domicile Certificate: Domicile certificate issued by the Maharashtra State’s appropriate authorities will be considered valid. The domicile certificate of Mother of the candidate shall be supported with marriage certificate and legal proof of change in name if any. Such candidate will be required to submit birth certificate clearly mentioning the name of the mother. 6. Certificate of Indian Nationality in the name of the Candidate In lieu of the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” following certificates/documents will also be acceptable‐  The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.  Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.  Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India. If the Candidate residing in India fails to produce any one of the above mentioned certificate/documents indicating Nationality then such candidates Nationality shall be considered based on the undertaking given on Rs. 100/‐ Non‐Judicial Stamp Paper. 7. College Leaving certificate / Bonafide certificate as per Annexure II B / Transfer certificate 8. Gap certificate (If applicable) 9. Caste certificate (If applicable) 10. Caste validity certificate (If applicable) 11. Sponsorship letter (If applicable in prescribed format as per Annexure I for sponsored seat candidates only) issued after March 2015 from current employer. 12. Experience certificate (If applicable) – Past and current 13. Appointment letter (from current employer) 14. Joining letter (to current employer) 15. Those candidates with Grade system or point system at SSC / HSC / B. Pharm are required to submit conversion chart / certificate. During submitting the application form at ARC candidate must produce all required original documents for verification and in support of substantiating the claims made their in. If a candidate is unable to produce original certificates at the ARC on account of admission already secured to some other institution, he / she shall produce a certificate from the head of the institution where he / she has already taken admission indicating that “he / she has been admitted to a particular course in that institution on a particular date and hence original certificates have been retained in that institute (as per annexure III).” The candidate shall produce the attested copies of the certificates duly attested by the head of the concerned institution. The candidates belonging to SC, ST category should produce “Caste / Tribal Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Social Welfare Department / Tribal department at the time of submitting of CAP application form for the Admission. The policy of Social justice & Welfare and Tribal Development Department shall be implemented in this regards. 



Confirm your application at any ARC in person only as mentioned in schedule above. It is mandatory to submit photocopies of all relevant documents at ARC during confirmation of application form. All concerned original documents will be verified at ARC. Applications which are not confirmed at ARC will not be considered for further admission process. The MAH‐MPH‐CET 2015 candidate must produce original Hall ticket during MAH‐MPH‐CET 2015 examination, without which admission for the examination may be denied. TYPE OF CANDIDATURE: S.N. Type of Candidature/Eligibility Home University 1. Type A: Passing HSC and Qualifying examination (B. Pharm.) from Candidate’s Home University is the University area under the Maharashtra State OR Passing Diploma in Pharmacy and Qualifying examination (B. Pharm.) jurisdiction of which the place of passing the qualifying examination from Maharashtra State. AND falls in the state of Maharashtra. Candidate is Born/domicile in the State of Maharashtra Example: A candidate who has passed HSC from Ahmedanagar and qualifying examination from College affiliated to S.G.B. Amravati University will have Type of Candidature as “A” and Home University as S.G.B. Amravati University. If domicile certificate is not available, they should produce Birth / Leaving certificate of the candidate clearly indicating the place of birth is in Maharashtra state. 2. Type B: University in Maharashtra state Does not satisfy as Type ­ A Candidate AND Passing HSC and/or qualifying examination (B. Pharm.) from outside under the jurisdiction of which the Maharashtra state and candidate / Father or Mother of the candidate Head Quarter of the Authority is Domiciled in State of Maharashtra AND issuing the domicile certificate is Candidate / father or mother of candidate is domicile in the State of situated in the State of Maharashtra Maharashtra Example: A candidate who has passed HSC from Nanded and qualifying examination from a college affiliated to Calicut University and the Father of the candidate is issued with a Maharashtra Domicile Certificate from Nagpur Authority will have Type of Candidature as “B” and Home University as “Nagpur University”. Type C: Does not satisfy as Type ­ A and Type – B Candidate AND University / in Maharashtra State Passing HSC and/or qualifying examination (B. Such candidates will not be able to claim provision of Backward class category candidates and candidates shall be treated as General / Open candidate. 4. Type D: Does not satisfy as Type ­ A , Type ­ B and Type – C Candidate University in Maharashtra state AND under the jurisdiction of which the Passing HSC and / or qualifying examination (B. Pharm.) from place of posting of Father / Mother outside Maharashtra state AND (who is Govt. of Maharashtra / Govt. Maharashtra undertaking Father / Mother of the candidate is an employee of the Government of of Maharashtra / Government of Maharashtra undertaking. Such employee who was on deputation to candidates are required to submit the proof of his/her father / a place outside the Maharashtra mother being the employee of Government of Maharashtra / state) is situated. Note: For Claiming facility under Type A, B, C, D it is binding on the candidate to produce all the documentary proof for the claim made while submitting the application form.  Candidate can claim only one type of candidature (A/B/C/D) while submitting the application form.  Candidate does not satisfy as Type A, B, C and D then such candidates will be eligible only for All India University Seats.
