The MSHRM 28th annual golf event will be a team foursome, best ball scramble with a shotgun
start at the Spruce Run Golf Course at Grand Traverse Resort in Acme, Michigan. The outing
will begin at 9:00 a.m. All golfers must be at the course at 8:00 a.m. Competitive prizes will
be awarded at the Business Meeting and Award Luncheon on Thursday. If you are interested in
participating in golf, please complete the registration form below.
There will be a $75 charge for each participant. Your fees must accompany your registration
form and be received by May 6, 2015. A continental breakfast will be provided before golf and
a grilled lunch afterward, at no additional cost.
Space is limited to the first 52 golfers.
No refunds will be given for cancellation after May 6, 2015.
